What we collect

When you take the quiz or send a consult intake, you may share your name, email, phone number, what you have noticed, how long it has been happening, screening information, and your answers to our referral questions.

When you place an order, we receive the contact, order, payment status, and shipping details needed to complete it. Your card details are entered into and handled by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not receive your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to send your quiz answers to our team, respond to your intake, arrange a consult, process and ship an order, send order messages, handle customer service, and meet our legal and recordkeeping responsibilities.

Submitting health-related information asks our team to review and use it for the response or service you requested. The quiz and consult intake are not emergency services and do not create a diagnosis.

Who helps us provide the service

We share information only as needed with companies that support payment processing, email delivery, website hosting, and order fulfillment, or when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising measurement

We use Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead people to take the quiz. When you visit, Google may set cookies and receive details such as the pages you view, your device and browser, and that a quiz was completed. Your quiz answers, name, email, and phone are never sent to Google. This measurement is turned off for visitors in regions that require cookie consent. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings or Google's ad settings, and learn how Google uses data at business.safety.google/privacy.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve concerns, and meet legal requirements.

Your choices

You may ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion where the law allows, or ask not to receive optional marketing messages. Order and service messages may still be sent when needed to complete a purchase or respond to you.
