No. My Lovely Breasts is education and supplement support. It is not a diagnosis, not an exam, and not a substitute for a mammogram, a thermography appointment, or a visit with your own provider. If you have something that needs to be looked at, we will tell you that plainly and point you where to go.

What if something I describe is actually concerning?

Our intake asks about six specific things: a lump in one breast only, a mass that does not move, sharp pain, severe itching, dimpling, and nipple discharge that is not clear or white. If you check any of them, you are routed straight to Well Woman Wellness Center for a clinical look instead of being sold a bundle.

I have a scan report I want someone to explain. Is that what the consult is?

No, and there is a better fit for you. Results Explained is a one-on-one virtual session where your actual report is read and translated into plain language: thermography, ultrasound, mammogram, or lab work. Tell us you have a report you want explained, in the quiz or the intake, and we will send you there rather than booking a supplement consult.

Do you diagnose anything?

No. A consult gives you a plain-language explanation of what you are experiencing, options you can consider, and a recommendation for support. Diagnosis belongs with a clinician who can examine and image you.

What does the consult cost and what do I get?

Accepted Answer

$147 for a 30-minute session. You fill in a short intake first, we spend the half hour on your specific situation, and you leave with a written plain-language explanation, a matched bundle recommendation, and a short starter guide.

Will supplements fix my symptoms?

Accepted Answer

Supplements support normal comfort and normal body function. They are not treatments and they do not cure anything. Many women find the combination of understanding what is happening plus steady daily support makes their months noticeably easier. Results vary and nobody can promise you a specific outcome.

Do you talk about cancer?

Only to be clear about what we do not do. We make no claims about preventing, reducing the risk of, treating, or detecting any disease. Our whole reason for existing is that most breast symptoms are benign, and that women deserve information about the common stuff without being frightened first.

Can I buy a bundle without a consult?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every bundle is available on its own, and each condition page tells you which one matches. The consult is there if you want someone to look at your specific picture with you.

Are these safe with my medication?

Accepted Answer

Check with your prescriber or pharmacist before starting anything new, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, on hormonal medication, or taking blood thinners. Bring the ingredient list from the product page with you.
