Where this stops and clinical care starts
If your intake includes any one of the six things below, we recommend an in-person clinical look at Well Woman Wellness Center before any bundle. The choice is yours, and you can still go ahead with your virtual consult.
- A lump in one breast only
- A lump or mass that does not move when I press it
- Sharp pain
- Severe itching
- Skin dimpling, puckering, or orange peel texture
- Nipple discharge that is not clear or white
- Change in breast size, shape, or contour
- Redness, warmth, or skin changes that do not resolve
- A nipple that newly turns inward
- Persistent change in nipple or areola appearance
- New swelling or lump in the underarm area
