Built because fear is a terrible way to learn about your own body.
Women come to breast health already braced. They have read the campaigns, seen the statistics, and absorbed the message that noticing something means bracing for the worst. So they wait. They tell nobody. They lie awake pressing the same spot and put off asking because the asking feels dangerous.
Meanwhile the overwhelming majority of what they are noticing is ordinary: hormone-driven texture, cyclical swelling, tissue doing what tissue does. Nobody had bothered to explain that part in words she could actually use.
My Lovely Breasts exists to fill that gap. Normalize the common. Explain it plainly. Offer real, gentle support for the discomfort. And be completely straight about the handful of things that belong with a clinician, so nobody has to guess where the line is.

What we believe
- Reassurance should come with an explanation, not instead of one.
- Women can handle real information when it is given plainly and without drama.
- Options belong to her. Diagnosis belongs to a clinician.
- Knowing when to escalate is part of good care, not an afterthought.
Who's behind it
My Lovely Breasts was founded by Deika King, a Naturopathic Doctor, Nutritionist, and Nutrition Oncologist Consultant. She has spent years working with women's breast health through Well Woman Wellness Center. She has over 30 years in healthcare and 10 in holistic health. This side of her work is about the conversation that should happen before anyone puts on a gown: what is going on, is it common, and what can I do about it today.
When something needs clarification, Well Woman Wellness Center is where you go for thermography and breast health programs; Results Explained is where you go if you have trouble understanding your screening results. The handoff is deliberate, and it is written into how our intake works.
This is education, not a diagnosis. Nothing here replaces an exam, imaging, or a conversation with your own provider.
